PERSONAL TRAINING       

Complete and customized exercise programs including cardiovascular conditioning, body toning, strength training, sports conditioning, and flexibility exercises.  Programs are designed to help clients achieve their goals such as:

• weight loss
• body fat reduction
• improved self-image
• increased muscle strength, energy levels and stamina
• lowered blood pressure                                
• increased flexibility
• osteoporosis prevention
• improved balance
• increased back strength

Personal training sessions are held in the comfort of your home with or without home exercise equipment.  These services are offered in a variety of plans so that you can tailor a program to your schedule and budget.  Choose from 30, 45, or 60-minute sessions.  All sessions are pre-paid and scheduled by appointment.

Three times a week progressive training:  Designed for the individual who wants complete fitness  guidance and is dedicated towards making a total lifestyle change.

Twice a week fitness training:  Learn the basic components of a safe and effective fitness program and begin to enjoy the benefits exercise can provide. 

Once a week instructional training:  Designed for those who have self-motivation and a good working knowledge base of fitness training but still need or want some guidance.

Partner training:  Programs are adjusted to provide you, your friend, or a group up to 4 people an intense and invigorating workout. Your shared training sessions will be fun and motivational.

Complete fitness evaluation:  Includes body composition testing, body circumference measurements, aerobic fitness assessment, muscular strength testing, flexibility assessment, blood pressure, resting heart rate, postural assessment, and medical history screening.


WEIGHT LOSS AND NUTRITION PROGRAMS
  

Individual:  Consists of four 45 to 60 minute sessions.    

Group: Consists of two 15 to 30 minute individual sessions and eight 60 minute group sessions.

Both programs are designed to provide participants with the tools necessary to begin their journey to weight loss and health.  It is not a diet, but rather concentrates on lifestyle changes that individuals can live with for the rest of their lives.  

You will learn:
• why diets don’t work
• what does work
• nutrition and disease prevention
• how to determine your caloric and nutrient needs
• all about carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals
• the truth about product labels
• healthy choices when eating out
• how to develop your own healthy eating plan

Includes body composition testing, body mass index, body circumference measurements, computerized diet analysis, customized nutrition plan, exercise guidelines, and all educational material.  Email and telephone support are provided as needed.
