FAQs
What equipment do I need for in-home personal training?
Training programs do not depend on bulky, expensive fitness equipment. Free weights, resistance bands, ankle weights, a fitness ball, medicine balls and other inexpensive exercise aids will be provided.
How much does it cost?
Training packages vary depending on the number of sessions you purchase and whether you choose 30, 45 or 60 minute sessions. Generally, the cost per training session ranges from $45 to $80. Package prices are determined based on client goals.
I really need to lose weight. Will you give me a diet?
Many women do great with their workouts but fail to reach their goals because they don’t change their eating habits. Many try various fad diets and fail. I don’t believe in or promote calorie restriction or the concept of dieting, and adhere to the Weight Loss and Nutrition program as designed by the American Academy of Sports Dietitians and Nutritionists. My weight loss program helps you implement small changes that add up to big results. They are based on science, not gimmicks or fad diets.
What is a Nutrition Manager?
A nutrition manager is a fitness professional certified to create individualized nutrition programs. I work closely with a registered and licensed dietitian to design nutrition solutions in accordance with the American Dietetic Association guidelines. Your current diet will be analyzed and you will be provided with a personalized meal plan along with motivational and educational materials.
